Hi everyone,
As of right now, all orders not including the pin remakes (char siu bao, mango pudding, and har gow) and stamp washitape have gone out. I've just dropped them off at the post office, so you should be able to see changes in your tracking number provided by Backerkit within the next 24 hours. If you've checked your email but didn't receive a tracking number, feel free to send me a private message here on Kickstarter or email me at [email protected] so I can grab it for you!
I will make another update once I get the heads up that either the pins and washitape have been shipped to me.

Sweaters Arrived!

They sweaters ended up getting delivered to me earlier today. I will be quality checking them and readying packages that can go out, to go out this upcoming Thursday.
Here are some closeup details of the sweater:
I also have a short unboxing video up on TikTok for those of you who would like to take a closer look! I haven't gotten the chance to take a full product video of the sweater, as I would like to prioritize shipping over setting up a proper backdrop, but the video does have a more zoomed shot for you to look at.
Once your package is ready to be shipped, you should receive a tracking number from Backerkit (I'll make another update when I've sent those out).

Shipping Update

Hey everyone! I've been working on shipping out what I can with the merch I currently have in. For the packages that can go out, you should have received an email with your tracking number. I will be dropping these off tomorrow.
Update on sweaters: They have finished production and are on their way to me! Tracking says I should be receiving them tomorrow, but I'll keep an eye out on it since it was dropped off at the post office just earlier today. Whether they arrive tomorrow or early next week, I will have these orders shipped out by May 12th.
Once those arrive, I will just be waiting on the enamel pin remakes and stamp washitape! I estimate those should arrive around the same time, all to shipped out in about 2-3 weeks.

Update on Enamel Pins

Hi everyone,
Following the last update, it turns out the white translucent enamel on top of gold metal is what's making the enamel look a light brown. I've already placed a reorder to replace the brown colour with a pearl white. Here is a sample photo of what the effect will look like:
My manufacturer expects these to be finished in 10-15 days. This should arrive shortly after or around the same time as the sweaters.
I also forgot to show photographs of the scrunchies and lanyards in the last update, so here they are!

Pins Arrived! (Small Issue with 3 Designs)

Hey everyone! I just got the pins in today and most of them look amazing. I've tested them inside the base steamer pin and they all align well.
There is however a small issue with the char siu bao, mango pudding, and har gow designs. For some reason, the translucent white colour was produced as a light brown.
I am currently in the process of contacting my manu about this issue and we will be working out a solution. This means that orders including these three pins will be slightly delayed (though I'm sure not by too long, maybe 2 weeks or so) as we get a remake going. I'll likely throw in one of these pins as a freebie for all orders.

I'll follow up with another update once I get the issue sorted out with how we'll move forward. In the meantime, I will be packaging orders that can go out and sending out an email about locking addresses within the next 48 hours! This will only apply to some tiers, as sweaters are still in production, and I will lock those addresses closer to the time they arrive to me.
