By any chance if you cannot find your survey, you can input your email through this link, and Backerkit will send you another.

Flower Dumpling Crochet Add-On Update

Hi everyone! A backer kindly let me know that the option to choose your colour in the survey is not available. If you have pledged for the flower dumpling or want to add it to your pledge, please go ahead and email me at [email protected] with your colour choice! I will manually add a note to your survey with the colour you've selected.
I apologize for the mistake on my end, as once I've sent out the surveys, I am unable to make changes to it!

Hi everyone!
I've gotten some surveys in already since I've sent out the smoke test, so now the rest of the surveys are ready to go out. Although I didn't get any inquiries about issues with the survey, if you do end up finding one, please don't hesitate to contact me ([email protected]) about it!
You should have now gotten an email from Backerkit asking you to complete the survey. If you didn't receive it, please follow this link and input your email to have another sent.
I urge you all to fill this out as soon as possible so we can get the ball rolling for production! I will be able to place the orders for mass production as early as next week depending on how many surveys I get in. As stated in the last update, the deadline to fill out your survey to guarantee I have the product in stock for your order will be March 30th. If this deadline has passed, you will still be able to fill out your survey, as I will order a few extras of each item (but cannot guarantee you will receive them in your order in case of defected products, or being sold out in the case surveys are filled out after the project has been completed and leftovers have been listed in my online shop).

Smoke Tests Sent Out

Hi everyone,
The smoke tests have just gone out, so if you are a backer that received an email to fill out your survey, please go ahead and do that! If you come across any issues, please let me know and I'll be happy to help you out. Once these are all filled out and I fix the issues (if any), the rest of the surveys can be sent (estimated 1-2 days).
The funds from the Kickstarter will be released to me next week, so if we can get the majority of surveys in by then, I can go ahead and place the order on all of the items. I will be waiting on most of the surveys to be completed, to make sure I order enough for all backers. The firm deadline to get survey answers in will be March 30th. At this point if your survey is still not completed, I cannot guarantee I have what you pledged for, as I cannot delay the project for everyone else who has answered on time. I will try my best to order extras of everything, but sometimes there can be more defects than expected during the manufacturing process.
If you still need to make address changes, don't worry! You'll be able to make any changes up until the items arrive to me. I still urge you fill out your survey right away, so I can account for the items you've pledged for. There will be an email sent to you 48 hours prior to addresses locking in to make the necessary changes if needed.
At this point, you are free to make any additional add-ons you may have missed out on during the Kickstarter campaign. Backerkit makes this process super easy with their add-on options while you complete your survey.

Errored Backers + Backerkit Surveys

Hi everyone! I have just sent out messages to those who still have errored payments and provided several options in case the deadline of March 9th cannot be met.
As of right now, Backerkit has approved of the survey I've put together, and the smoke test will go out on March 9th as scheduled. Around 5% of each tier will receive the survey, and I'll make another update once it's gone out. If the backers that receive the survey have no issues, then everyone else will receive the survey (likely 1-2 days afterwards). The sooner I get responses in, the sooner I'll be able to place the order for all of the items!
More updates will follow as we get closer to these dates.
